| Atlantic technician came out to look at air leaks. He was able to tighten a loose slip coupling to slow down one of the leaks. He stated that we still have a leak at a relay valve on the officers side rear. CMF called and will take a look at it Tuesday 9/5. | |

| EMS 704 (Tobin) contacted me today to discuss the ePCR status for A715. For now, A715 is to keep the LOANER tablet and he will be by FS15 today to pickup our Toughbook (#126) which I placed on the Watch Desk for him. On Saturday night, EMT Yaros attempted to place the tablet into the docking station on A715 and she later self-reported that she believes the docking station is somehow broken. The docking station may warrant closer inspection when we receive a working Tough Book back. | |

| RS715 went back in service this afternoon after spending 3 hours at CMF having multiple air leaks repaired. It currently passes the DOT brake test but is still leaking 2 psi/min with steady pressure on the brake pedal. It is also losing about 40 psi in about 2 hours. We are currently using an air line connected to the station compressor to maintain air pressure. Please do not hook it up to the on board cascade system to maintain air since our station cascade compressor is OOS. A second ticket was written today after the air leak was "fixed". I would expect it to go back to CMF on Tuesday. | |

| The diesel fuel cap on Ambulance 715 continues to allow fuel to leak out and potentially harm the paint on the unit. This has been repeatedly reported as a concern. Could someone follow-up or advise if a new cap has been ordered? Just following up. | |

| Last night 9/2/17, the dashboard indicator for water in the fuel was displaying on Ambulance 715. I consulted with Captain Meneses. With the assistance of Dan Fields & Lt. Gibson we accessed the valve at the bottom of the diesel filter under the hood and drained water out. This cleared the dashboard alert and we ran a number of incidents following, without the alert returning. Lt. Gibson did comment that it was difficult to see the water level, so it may warrant another look. | |

| A715 currently has two ePCR devices on board. Starting on 9/1/17 and continuing presently, the ePCR device for A715 has been malfunctioning. We are unsure if it is equipment, connection, or software based. As a result, ePCR reports have been abruptly interrupted causing crews to fall back to the Short for parts of the report, including signatures, etc. Each time the crew has worked to complete the electronic report utilizing other resources when available. Last night, we attempted to secure a replacement ePCR Toughbook from EMS 704. Captain Jackson was in the process of working through connectivity issues when we were dispatched to the triple stabbing in 18's area. As a result, we ended up taking the loaner tablet and keeping the Toughbook. We currently have book devices, neither of which is successfully allowing full report completion. I have requested that the EMS Office or EMS Duty Officer evaluate the equipment and take whichever items require adjustment. In the interim, we have been using the paper Short Forms when necessary. I have scanned and sent the ones from Friday & Saturday, consistent with instruction from the EMS Office. | |
