At morning checkout: Two forward facing spot-lights on RAT4's platform were found completely sheared off, one was hanging by the wires, the other is MIA. Written up in FMRS, dangling light housing removed from platform and trashed, all exposed wires capped and wrapped with electrical tape. 5.
