| | It was discovered that a check valve in the class A foam system of E715 has gone bad. This is causing water to back-fill into the foam tank and overflow, spilling foam concentrate all over the top of the engine. After consultation with CMF, they advised to shut the foam concentrate valve behind the OIC side pump panel, effectively disabling class A capabilities for the time being. Defect was submitted. |
