| | HVAC guy was here ( same dude that usually only changes the filters out ). He stated the result of the rear dorm areas not being cool enough is the way the dampers are set up. Even though it is a different system he stated both systems share the same dampers. He made some adjustments to make the rear areas cooler but states there is nothing more he can do after this.
